Meet the Team

Rand Mtashar – Executive Manager, Disability Services

Hi! My name is Rand and I’ve been a part of the St Anthony’s Family Care team for over 3 years.

I’ve held a number of positions including Individual Supports Coordinator, NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Coordinator and moving onto Executive Manager, Disability Services in 2023.

As Executive Manager I provide input into the overall strategic direction of the organisation to ensure children, young adults and their families receive the highest quality services and appropriate care. I also do staff management, mentoring, and ensuring compliance within the NDIS Practice.

A major source of motivation for me is supporting people of all abilities to be part of a community and to develop skills for life. I’m also passionate about helping families to access programs that are able to meet their range of needs.

What I like about working for St Anthony’s is being a part of someone’s development and progress toward independence.  Also, everyone is supportive, and I appreciate how easy is to communicate with all my colleagues. I am grateful for having such a rewarding job.

When I’m not working I’m shopping, spending time with family & friends, going to the beach, trying new restaurants and taking naps.

Andrea Koutoullas – NDIS Quality, Safeguarding & Compliance Coordinator

Hi! My name is Andrea and I’m the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Coordinator for EPIK and Forge!

I focus on safeguarding reporting, compliance and documentation, on boarding of new clients, recruitment and training and supporting with the Forge programming.

I’m compassionate about helping all our participants in our care and making sure we can provide the best services for their individual care needs.

What I like about working at St Anthony’s is working with a supportive and passionate team- we’re all here for the same reasons and that is to support the clients and their families who attend our services.

When I’m not working I enjoy watching renovation shows, cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Liam Gullotto – Group Services Coordinator

My name is Liam and I’ve worked for St Anthony’s for the last 7 years. In this time I’ve grown from a support worker to a group programs coordinator where I now facilitate EPIK and Forge’s group programs! This ranges from the Weekend and Holiday Programs for our under 16s participants to the Adult Day Program for our young adult participants.

These programs are so important for helping the under 16s and young adult participants in the community and I’m always making sure that those who need help in the community get the care and assistance they need.

What I like about working for St Anthony’s is I have always felt and continue to see a sense of community amongst the support workers; everyone seems to get along so well. I truly believe that I have made friends for life here.

When I’m not working I enjoy cooking, going for walks, and watching movies; sometimes all at once… but mostly separately.

Jaclyn Moar – Forge Day Program Team Leader

Hi! My name is Jaclyn and I’m Forge’s Day Program Team Leader!

I facilitate the running of our young adults day program by developing a group program that fits the needs and interests of our participants. I offer support to our support workers and help to ensure they are able to provide their best support to our participants. I always look forward to coming to work and spending time with our participants.

When I’m not at Forge, I love spending time cooking, playing with my children and bingeing Netflix and Disney for some me time!
